MIGRATION TO THE TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE
On May 4, 2010, the Company announced that it received approval to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The shares started trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday May 13, 2010 under the symbol "MTY" and were consequently delisted from TSX Venture Exchange on that same day.

ACQUISITION OF VALENTINE
On September 16, 2010, the Company acquires Groupe Valentine Inc., and seven real estate properties owned by an affiliate corporation including a distribution centre.
